A 13-year-old suburban Chicago girl says despite drawing rave reviews for her fashion blog, most people in her hometown are unaware of her national fame.
The Chicago Tribune said Wednesday young Tavi Gevinson has nearly 30,000 readers daily for her online blog Style Rookie and has been lauded as an influential force of the fashion world.
