Linsday Lohan sentence to jail for 90 days. As she cried to the judge pleading or mercy. Judge Marsha Revel sentenced LiLo after an incredulous prosecutor, Danette Meyers, told the judge that Lohan has been thumbing her nose at the court.

The evidence was loud and clear today — Lindsay violated probation by failing to attend her alcohol ed classes based on the schedule set by the judge.  There were lots of excuses, but ultimately they didn’t fly.

The judge said there was a pattern of violations since Lindsay was placed on probation in 2007 following her plea bargain in her DUI case.

Lindsay broke down as she addressed the court, telling the judge, “I did the best I could.”

Lindsay dissolved into tears when the judge imposed the sentence.

Lohan must surrender on July 20 in Judge Revel’s court.

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green are finally back from their honeymoon in Hawaii — and they were spotted yesterday at a grocery store in Glendale, stocking up on plenty of beverages for the holiday.

TMZ has learned Jessica Simpson has a new boyfriend and he is not a current NFL player — he’s a former one.

Jessica is dating ex San Francisco 49ers tight end Eric Johnson. He last played for the New Orleans Saints back in 2008. Johnson split from his wife earlier this year, filing for divorce in February.

Simpson — whose show, “The Price of Beauty,” returns to VH1 in 2011 — began dating Johnson in May.

Rumors that Beyoncé and husband Jay-Z are expecting their first child together lit up the Web and gossip pages today based on a  report that cites a “rock solid” source. The website claims the singer is “fine and resting now” and expected to “continue working through her pregnancy,” and that Jay-Z is “extremely happy to be having his first child” with his wife. However a publicist for Beyoncé from her record company, sony says that the report is simply “untrue.”

Beyonce Knowles is officially a big sister AGAIN. A DNA test has confirmed that Mathew Knowles is the father of Alexsandra Wright’s brand new baby boy …

With the DNA test a match, we’re told lawyers for Knowles and Wright are in the final stages of negotiating a settlement for baby Nixon’s child support.

Wright filed a paternity suit last October against Knowles — who was temporarily ordered to pay $8,200 in monthly child support.

Wright claims she had an 18-month affair with Knowles.

Mr. Knowles and Mrs. Knowles do have divorce on mind..but so far no one know fo sure???
