Ke$ha breaks download records with single Tik Tok

Ke$ha’s single ‘Tik Tok’ broke Lady Gaga’s record for the most downloads in a week for a female artist. The 22-year-old dance artist known as Ke$ha just earned the dollar sign in her name.
The L.A.-based singer now holds the record for the most downloaded single in history for a female in a given week, according to SoundScan/Nielsen figures reported by Billboard.
